Further Growth Forecast for Hammond Resources as Company Founder Steps Down
Six months after steering Hammond Resources, the accountancy and legal recruitment business he founded, safely into its new home at fast-growing Rise Group, Roddy Hammond left the company. Gregor Campbell, group managing director at Rise Group, said: “Roddy oversaw the initial transition of Hammond Resources into the Group and the business is now stronger than ever.”
Mr. Campbell continued: “In Hammond Resources, we’re achieving our aim of creating the leading accountancy and legal recruitment firm in Scotland. We’ve hired four additional, experienced consultants in the last 6 weeks and will continue to bring in the best people, increase our market share, and expand the Rise Hammond Model, a new cost-effective and highly efficient offering for financial recruiters. We’ve become preferred supplier to large new clients in the last few months and deepened our relationships with existing clients to become master vendor. The market is achieving big rewards through engaging with the Rise Hammond Model, which is of particular interest to shared service centres and other large volume recruiters.”
He added: “We have access to the level of finance we need to improve and develop our business internally and make further acquisitions both in Scotland and further afield, where appropriate. This investment will also help us attract the best staff in the market and to continue to grow organically.”
