Fleet Tutors go live with ‘Opera II Recruitment’
Fleet Tutors, Britain’s leading tuition agency, have recently gone live with a fully integrated back office solution ‘Opera II Recruitment’ by Cambridge Recruitment Software Solutions.
Mylene Curtis, Fleet Tutors managing director, said “It was critical we chose the right back office solution for our business; we had some very specific requirements that needed to be addressed and automated with the new back office solution we chose.
We looked at a variety of back office packages available to the recruitment industry but none could cater for our specific requirements. We then contacted First Choice Software, the suppliers of our front office software RDB ProNet, and they recommended we contact Cambridge Recruitment Software Solutions.
After two in depth demonstrations, covering over eight hours, it was clear that ‘Opera II Recruitment’ was the solution we had been looking for. It not only catered for our specific requirements but ‘Opera II Recruitment’ also fully integrated with our front office software, online timesheets and as it’s based on Pegasus Opera II, also provided us with a fully featured SME accounting package as well.”

Fleet Tutors demands were tough; they required the ability to simultaneously import VAT inclusive charge rates and generate VAT efficient invoices (where VAT is charged on the margin) as well as generate detailed payslips with up to 250 lines that itemised, amongst other information, the client name, tutor subject and timesheet number.
